Rauminstallation mit zwei Projektionen und drei Objekten, 2023
Diese Video-/ Rauminstallation besteht aus mehreren Einzelteilen. Zum Einen aus den zwei im Raum stehenden „Text-Objekten“, alte Möbel auf die Text geschrieben ist – ein Hocker mit einem Gedicht, ein halb zerstörter Metalltisch, dessen mit weißer Kreide geschriebenen Worte im Raum immer wieder hörbar erscheinen, in einem sich mit Bildern von Kinderzeichnungen abwechselnden Loop einer der Projektionen. Es ist ein Video der „communication pieces“ – einem performativen Akt der Künstlerin des demonstrativen in die Kamera Vorlesens der Worte auf der Tischplatte. Das ist die Projektion auf Tischhöhe. In eine an der Wand hängende quadratische Pappschachtel wird das zweite Video projiziert, worin die Künstlerin ebenfalls selbst auftaucht neben Bildern von Gegenständen, die in einem Schrank liegen. Sich an jenen Schrank richtend wiederholt sie im Video immer wieder den Satz: „und du musst für immer hier stehen bleiben“. Das Video läuft ebenfalls im Loop. Rechts davon befindet sich das zweite so genannte Text-Objekt: Ein aufklappbarer Hocker, auf dessen Innenseite ein von der Künstlerin verfasstes, darauf gemaltes Gedicht steht.

Room installation with two projections and three objects, 2023
This video- and room installation contains several individual components to form a lose and unusual interior. There are the two “text objects” standing in the room, old furniture with text written on it – a stool with a poem, a half-destroyed metal table, whose words written in white chalk appear audibly in the room again and again, in a loop of one of the projections alternating with images of children’s drawings. It is a video of the “communication pieces” – a performative act of the artist demonstratively reading the words on the tabletop to the camera. This is the projection at table height. The second video is projected into a square cardboard box hanging on the wall, in which the artist herself also appears alongside images of objects lying in a cupboard and, addressing herself to that cupboard, she repeats the sentence “and you have to stay here forever” over and over again in the video. The video also runs in a loop. To the right of this is the second so-called text object: a fold-out stool with a poem written and painted by the artist on the inside.
